- Played high school field hockey at Twin Valley, earning All-County, All-State, and All-American honors before graduating.
- Played on the U-18 and U-21 US teams at the Olympic Festivals in St. Louis, MO, and Boulder, CO.
- At Penn State, was selected as an All-American and the Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year.
- After college, taught elementary school at Twin Valley and played indoor field hockey for Norlanco.
- Currently coaching middle school field hockey at Twin Valley.
- Has coaching experience at the high school, middle school, and youth levels.
